Robert's Story:
Robert lost his son 2 years ago. He is claiming universal credit for £280 per month and is struggling with his bills. He compliments the foodbank highly and said: "This [the foodbank] is a godsend, I wouldn't know what to do if it wasn't for this. Some people in here blow the benefits within a few days on drink and drugs. 'I'll just go out and have a drink and then use the foodbank.' they say while I struggle month to month buying and paying for essentials.
